But here’s the thing: staying in the familiar? It might feel safe, but it risks leaving behind the chance for a fuller, deeper life—for ourselves, our loved ones, and the people we’re yet to meet.
For over ten years, I worked in the non-profit world, helping families as parents navigated the big transitions of midlife, as their kids grew up in a world changing faster than ever. I watched how having the right support—being truly seen and heard—could make all the difference, not only for those stepping into midlife but for everyone around them. That’s why I trained as a Counsellor and as a Marriage and Family Therapist—to better guide people through these transitions.
With InHabit.life counseling, I offer a space for individuals, couples, and families to step into the life they feel called to live. For individuals, it’s about processing the past, re-evaluating relationships, and finding a framework for the future that resonates. For couples, it’s about reshaping old patterns and allowing the relationship to become a place of vibrant connection and creative expression. And for families, it’s about creating a place where each person feels heard and understood, so together, they can become the kind of family everyone wants to come home to.
