There’s a kind of magic in midlife—a mix of grit and grace—and I feel deeply honored to walk beside people as they step into this phase. In our group coaching sessions on “The Pause,” we get real about perimenopause and menopause, these often-hidden experiences that carry so much power and wisdom. It’s a space for showing up, being seen, and navigating change together.

I’ve spent years building my craft, earning certifications like ICF PCC and CPCC, and training with remarkable folks like Dr. Brené Brown in courageous leadership, Peter Hawkins in systemic team coaching, and Elain Alec in creating safe spaces. My path has led me to work with leaders and teams across all kinds of fields—from tech and nonprofits to healthcare and beyond. I’ve seen over and over that the magic happens when we create room for growth and connection. That’s where people find their voice, their strength, their sense of purpose.

Outside of this work that I love, you’ll usually find me learning something new—whether it’s the ukulele or paddleboard yoga—or soaking up time outdoors with my wonderful husband, our two teenagers, and our energetic Whoodle. I also have the privilege of serving on two nonprofit boards—Moms Against Racism Canada and RNB Dance and Theatre Arts Society—and volunteering with North Shore Family Services. Showing up for others, finding joy, and staying connected to what really matters—this is where it all comes together for me.
