Here’s what I know deep down: each of us deserves the insights, tools, and compassionate support to live a life that feels whole, grounded, and true to who we are. This journey of growth—of discovering what lies just beyond the surface—has always fascinated me.

My background in counseling psychology and years of teaching human flourishing have given me a front-row seat to the power of transformation. I get to witness these incredible moments of courage every day—the brave steps clients take as they lean into a new chapter of their lives. And there’s nothing more beautiful than those “lightbulb moments,” when an idea clicks, becomes something you can feel, something you can live.

When I wrote my Master’s thesis on how the loss of a loved one shapes our paths and choices, I saw how pivotal these “threshold moments” really are. They aren’t just life events; they’re invitations. They’re spaces where we decide who we’re becoming and who we want beside us. And midlife? Oh, midlife is one of the biggest thresholds of all. It’s that messy, beautiful middle ground where we look at where we’ve been, at the life we’ve built, and ask, “How do I want to show up in this second half?” It’s a time to reflect on what matters, to think about legacy, and to choose how we want to invest in the life we’re still creating.

At InHabit.Life, people come to me for more than counseling; they come for a space that feels warm, safe, and judgment-free—a place where they can show up fully, just as they are. My years teaching human flourishing have shown me that life isn’t just about getting by. It’s about thriving. It’s about connecting, finding purpose, and living with intention. I’m here to walk alongside you on this path—one that feels authentic, purposeful, and connected. Together, we’ll step forward with clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.

So, if you’re ready to explore, to dig deep, to invest in the life that’s waiting for you, I’m here. This isn’t just about getting by; it’s about building a life that feels rich and true. And I’m honored to walk this path with you, step by step.
