About Coaching Circles
Our four-week coaching circles are designed for honest, insightful conversations that help us rethink, recalibrate, and grow. Each week, for 90 minutes on Zoom, you’ll be part of a small group of 6-10 people, all here to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and support each other’s learning. Our learning platform organizes any pre-reading so you can dive right in, equipped for meaningful dialogue. With both day and evening options, everyone has the space to contribute, reflect, and leave with practical takeaways that reshape how we approach work, relationships, and life’s bigger questions.

Whether you’re wanting to keep friendships going strong or just want to reflect on what friends bring to your world, this space offers a supportive, relaxed environment to share, learn, and connect.

The Format: Here's how it unfolds

How Long Will We Meet?
We’ll meet weekly for four sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. This setup gives us the perfect amount of time to dive into the layers of friendship without any rush. Each week, we’ll have the space to explore, chat, and uncover new ways to connect, all in a relaxed and supportive environment. It’s about creating a rhythm of meaningful conversation and connection that keeps the momentum going week after week.

What Specific Challenges Will We Tackle Together?
We’ll explore some of the common challenges men face when it comes to building and sustaining friendships as life gets busier—like carving out time, letting go of outdated ideas around what friendship “should” look like, and learning to create connections that last. Dr. Robert Garfield’s Breaking the Male Code brings some great insights and tips to help us navigate these challenges, offering ways to make friendships feel natural, rewarding, and fun.

What Will Our Sessions Look Like?
Each session will kick off with a relaxed reflection to set the tone and get the conversation flowing. We’ll then dive into group discussions where we can share, listen, and even laugh together. Real-life stories, practical exercises, and open conversations will help us explore what makes friendships meaningful, supportive, and lasting. Each week, insights from Breaking the Male Code will guide us, anchoring our discussions and sparking new ideas for how to build friendships that feel genuine and fulfilling.
