About Coaching Circles
Our four-week coaching circles are designed for honest, insightful conversations that help us rethink, recalibrate, and grow. Each week, for 90 minutes on Zoom, you’ll be part of a small group of 6-10 people, all here to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and support each other’s learning. Our learning platform organizes any pre-reading so you can dive right in, equipped for meaningful dialogue. With both day and evening options, everyone has the space to contribute, reflect, and leave with practical takeaways that reshape how we approach work, relationships, and life’s bigger questions.

Relationships are where the magic happens—and where things can get messy. It’s the push and pull between connection and complication that defines the work. In this space, we’ll unpack the heartache, the friction, and the hope. Whether it’s with family, friends, partners, or colleagues, we’ll explore how to show up with empathy and courage, even when things feel challenging. The goal? To navigate these connections with intention—whether at home or in the workplace—and to build bonds based on respect, trust, and open communication. In the end, it’s not about avoiding complications; it’s about learning to navigate them with heart and skill.

This circle could be for you if ...

This circle is for anyone dealing with complex relationships—be it family tensions, evolving friendships, romantic partnerships, or professional dynamics. If you’re ready to explore and improve any meaningful connection, this space is for you.

The Format: Here's how it unfolds

How Long Will We Meet?
We’ll meet weekly for four sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. It’s the perfect balance of time to dive deep without feeling overwhelmed.

What Specific Challenges Will We Tackle Together?
We’ll address miscommunication, boundary-setting, conflict resolution, and managing the emotional toll relationships can take. From personal to professional connections, we’ll explore tools to help us move through the tough moments into a place of clearer, more connected relationships.

What Will Our Sessions Look Like?
Each session will offer a blend of reflection, practical exercises, and open group conversation. We’ll start with a short teaching moment to set the tone and guide our focus, then dive into real-life stories and scenarios that resonate with us all. We’ll create space for guided conversations and personal insights to emerge—because often, it’s in those moments of discovery that real change begins. This is about exploring together, finding insights, and leaving each session feeling clearer and more equipped.

How Much Effort Will I Need to Invest Before and After Each Session?
Before each session, set aside 30-45 minutes for reading and an additional 15-20 minutes for reflection exercises. Afterward, allow an hour or two each week to absorb, reflect, and try out the strategies we discuss. This time is for experimenting with new approaches and noticing how they shape your relationships.

Are There Any Key Books or Materials That Can Deepen My Understanding?
Yes! Recommended reading for this circle will be announced, and you’ll have the option to dive deeper into books and resources that support your journey in navigating complex relationships with greater confidence and care.
